Our pies are ready to eat and delicious, served hot or cold.
To reheat, pop into a preheated oven at 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 until golden brown and piping hot throughout.Medium & Large Savoury Pies: 40 Minutes.
Individual Savoury Pies: 25 minutes.
Fruit Pies: 20 Minutes.
Quiches: 15 – 20 Minutes.Times may vary depending on your appliance.
We currently do not have guidance for Air fryers or Microwave heating. -
We ensure your pies are fresh when you purchase them so they will be in good condition in your fridge for four days, including the day of purchase.

Our pies are baked fresh daily and can be frozen for up to 6 months. Thoroughly defrost the pie before reheating, and ensure it’s cooked throughout before serving. Do not refreeze.
We do not recommend freezing our quiches.

Yes. We currently offer a small range of Gluten-Free pies in-store as a frozen product. If your local store does not have a shop front freezer, ask a staff member, as they will have a stock behind the counter.
We sell our gluten-free pies frozen to avoid potential cross-contamination issues and ensure availability, as demand for this product is generally low.
Our GF range is tested in a laboratory to contain less than 5 ppm of gluten. Simply defrost and follow our standard cooking instructions for pie perfection!

In each of our stores, you can ask for information on allergens. We are always happy to help you find the proper allergens for the correct product.

No – Unfortunately, we cannot change the recipe of our pies.
The onion in the pies is not visible, nor is it a high volume; we use onion mainly for flavour.

In 2018 & 2020, we were crowned Supreme Champion at the British Pie Awards with our Steak and Ale Pie & Steak and Stilton Pie with an almost perfect judging score of 99/100. You can’t win them all, but most of our pies, at some point, have reached the top of their category (flavour), so ultimately, the judging is down to you, our most valued customer.

As you may know, our products can sometimes sell out fast in our shops, and we appreciate this can be frustrating. We bake fresh daily, so if you want us to keep products back for you to collect at your convenience, that’s not a problem. The best two ways to do this are as follows.

Petersfield: 01730 269416Order online from our Click & Collect Section and choose a day that suits you to collect. We will then bake your order fresh and send it to the shop of your choice.

Ordering online is very straightforward. These simple steps should be helpful.
1. Go to the online shop
2. Browse products across the product categories
3. Add the products you wish to buy to your basket.
4. Click checkout, fill in your details, and select the shop and date (from 48 hours) you wish to collect.
5. Visit the shop and collect your order. It will be ready for you on arrival. -
OurClick & Collect has a two-day lead time to allow us to bake your goods freshly. If you want to collect something sooner, please call your local shop and speak to the staff; they will gladly help.

You can buy vouchers in a shop or online with our Click & Collect service. They are typically collected at the shop in person.
Please note that these vouchers can only be used in our shops and not for our Pies by Post service.

We do not offer a local delivery service from our shops.

Our Turner’s Pies gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the point of sale in a shop.
We are working on having a digital gift voucher that can be more versatile for our customers.

No – Our Pies by Post virtual vouchers are separate from our shop and click & collect service and will only work on www.piesbypost.com.

Too Good to Go is a third-party app that we use to help us save food waste and, in turn, the planet. At the end of each day, we put the remaining food into bags and sell it at a considerable discount.
If you want to get your hands on a “surprise bag” at the end of the day from your local shop, you must download the too-good-to-go app, and our local shops will appear.
Please note our bags sell out VERY fast and we have no control over who can get hold of a bag.
